- ½ lb Cooked Penne pasta
- 1 small red Onion
- ¼ lb prosciutto
- 1 jar chef Franco’s tomato sauce Tomato Sauce
- 1 cup Cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- Vodka
In a large pan sauté Prosciutto and onions then deglaze vodka, then add tomato sauce and cream bring to a simmer and let sauce reduce then add your pasta and toss in your cheese.
